Please contact our Customer Service staff to let them know you'd like to return/exchange something. In your email, specify which products you want to return, your order number, and your reason for returning them. For the return consignment only, please fill out the return/exchange form and tick box for Return only. For a return/exchange request, check the Return/Exchange box and specify the product you want to exchange your order with. A return shipping label is prepared and emailed to you, along with instructions on how to proceed. It is not necessary to pay for the return.

In the package being returned, please include a copy of the Returns Policy form and a note with your information (name, address, and order number) and the reason for return.

Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following:

  • Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
  • Product that is not as advertised on the website;
  • Wrong item is delivered;
  • Invalid reasons for return and exchange:
  • Change of mind
  • Defects caused by misuse or mishandling of items by customer


When making a return, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Request a shipment receipt to preserve until your return is processed and a replacement shipment is sent.
  • After receiving the shipment, the return must be processed within 30 days.
  • To avoid any possible transportation damage, the goods should be packaged securely and properly.
  • The cost of products returned to our warehouse via a forwarding firm is borne by the customer.

The price of the selected item/s for exchange may be the same or higher than the price of the item being returned. In case of the latter, the price difference must be paid. If the item chosen for exchange has lower price than the original item, customer waives any excess amount.

The products must be returned as it is. Please make sure that the things are carefully packaged to avoid any damage during transportation.
