Advisor Field Guide
Everything you need,
in one place.
Steve, this is your working page. Every tool, guide and campaign we have built, plus the pricing you will be asked about in the first ten minutes of any buyer call.
Bookmark it. It gets updated as we build.
Week one
Start here, in this order
Four things before your first buyer conversation. The order matters, each one builds on the last.
-
Run the store trainer
Ten minutes, and it is built as a game rather than a PDF. It is what we put in front of floor staff, so it is the fastest way to hear how the product gets explained on a shop floor.
-
Read both training guides side by side
One carries our standard retail pricing, the other carries Hollywood Feed pricing. The gap between them comes up often, so it helps to have the reasoning clean between us before you meet a buyer.
-
Watch the two films
Four minutes together. Absorption Matters is the science in plain language. Real Science, Real Love, Real Results is the why. Between them you have most of the answers to why this is not another topper.
-
Take the quiz as a customer would
It matches a dog to a formula in about sixty seconds. Worth doing yourself, because it is the single easiest thing to hand a retailer who is worried their staff will not know what to recommend.
The clinic conversation
Three doors, not one
Most no's in a clinic are not about the product. They are about the shelf. A practice that will not carry inventory will often happily recommend, so it helps to have all three on the table.
Stock it
They hold inventory
$27.90
per unit to them
Standard wholesale at 50% off. Best margin of the three, and it needs shelf space and cash up front.
Extended aisle
No risk
TBC
commission per order
A clinic-coded QR. The client scans and orders, we ship to their door, the practice earns on every order.
Drop-ship
No risk
TBC
margin per order
The clinic orders for the client and we ship blind. Books as practice revenue rather than commission, which matters to some.
The two TBC numbers land once we have per-order fulfilment costs from the 3PL. When a practice manager asks about drop-ship they usually mean the third door, not the second.
Quick reference

Affiliate and creator partners sit in a different band, from a 15% customer discount paired with 15% commission up to 20% commission. Anything above that band, talk to me first.
The library
Everything else, by job
Not a sequence. Come back to whichever one the conversation needs.
Taking it into a store
What you leave behind, and what sits on the shelf.
Taking it into a clinic
The vet channel runs on evidence rather than shelf space.
Handling the hard questions
The objections that come up more than once.
Campaigns you can offer
Reasons to call that are not "we are a new supplement brand."
Anything unclear, put time in
If something on this page raises a question, that is worth a call rather than a guess.
